My work is primarily influenced by a wide variety of teachers and leaders in multiple disciplines who believe that in order to engage in any kind of emotionally healing- the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of us need to be observed, understood and balanced. My intention is to use this space to post resources that I have stumbled across in the form of books, film, poetry, art, and websites that include information and guidance that I have found helpful.
